Returns & Refunds

Each BOTTOCHINO piece is considered carefully before it leaves the atelier. We nevertheless understand that a garment may not always meet its intended use, and offer the following terms.

Change of mind. Pieces may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The client is responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days of receipt.

Defective or incorrect items. If a piece arrives defective, damaged in transit, or differs from the order placed, the house will arrange a complimentary return and offer either a full refund or a replacement, at the client's choosing.

Made-to-order & atelier pieces. Items produced specifically to your order — including atelier and bespoke pieces — are exempt from change-of-mind returns. Defect and incorrect- item protections continue to apply.
