BOTTOCHINO offers complimentary express shipping worldwide. Each piece is dispatched in archival packaging intended to be kept as part of the object itself.

Made-to-order. Each BOTTOCHINO piece is produced individually after order confirmation. The house operates through a global made-to-order production network of selected partners, allowing each piece to be crafted on demand without held inventory. The region of production and fulfillment may vary depending on capacity, logistics and availability.

Lead times. Production and worldwide delivery typically takes 10–30 days depending on the piece, the material and the fulfillment region. An estimated timeframe is confirmed at the moment of order.

A note on craft. As each piece is made individually, slight variations between product images and the final item may occur. This is a natural result of made-to-order production and part of the character of the object.

Duties & taxes. For deliveries within the United Kingdom and the European Union, all duties and taxes are included in the price displayed. For deliveries to other regions — the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand — duties may be assessed by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. A tracking reference is issued by email at the moment of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.
