Orders. Each order is treated as an offer to purchase and is accepted by the house upon dispatch confirmation. Many BOTTOCHINO pieces are produced to order; lead times are stated on the product page.

Pricing & currency. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. International clients may be charged in local currency at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the delivery address.

Intellectual property. All imagery, text, logos, and editorial content on this website are the property of BOTTOCHINO and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond this, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
